Corporate Director of Human Resources

The Resort is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to provide expertise and best practices to support and advance the company’s goals.  The position will report to the VP of Human Resources and supervises and lead a team of 3-4 direct reports responsible for Recruiting, Benefits, and Health & Safety/WSIB. 


Corporate Human Resources Generalist – Disability Prevention & Management

This position is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of complex wide proactive and reactive occupational health and safety plans/workers compensation/ claims / AODA requests / administration and management, policies and procedures, benefit administration, ensuring friendliness, customer-orientation, and high personal standards of attention to detail/ self-composure –  are provided to resort staff -whose primary objective is to enhance each guest experience in each part of our business.


Corporate Human Resources Generalist- Recruitment Specialist

This position is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of complex wide recruitment, selection, and on-boarding of a large pool of candidates possessing inherent traits of passion for helping other people, friendliness, customer-orientation, and high personal standards of attention to detail/ self-composure – whose primary objective is to enhance each guest experience in each part of our business. The candidate for this position must possess a passion and understanding of recruitment, dedicate and demonstrate all company’s core values and implement them in all daily activities and tasks to create an outstanding example as to the high standards of Falls Avenue Resort. The passionate, professional, enthusiastic and friendly individual will be responsible for driving the hospitality vision of professionalism and service to candidates, new hires and current employees on the Resort as well as off the premises.


Payroll Administrator

This position assists the Payroll Team by performing accurate, timely and efficient processing verification both before and after payroll is transmitted. The individual will be responsible for multiple business entities on both a weekly and bi-weekly basis. You will have a critical role working with the department managers of the business to ensure the data collected is accurate.


Senior Payroll Administrator

The Senior Payroll Administrator assists the Payroll Team by performing accurate, timely and efficient processing, verification (both pre and post transmission), analysis evaluation, and reporting of hourly and salaried payroll data for multiple businesses entities on both a weekly and biweekly basis. In addition, the administrator contributes to continuous analysis and improvement of all payroll, processes and procedures, including related operational processes.
