Doorperson

This key guest service position is responsible for providing a seamless and an exceptional guest arrival and departure experience by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.


Guest Service Agent

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this position is responsible for performing a variety of activities in order to ensure the highest level of guest service is provided to each guest. Successful performance will include exceeding guest service expectations while maximizing potential hotel and resort-wide services/revenue, making sure results are achieved in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the company.



Hotel Ambassador

This key guest service position is responsible for initiating an outstanding guest experience by ensuring passionate, competent and efficient service is provided at all times through a high level of guest service. As an initial contact person for hotel guests, the Hotel Ambassador presents hotel services and products in a positive, courteous and enthusiastic manner.


Houseperson

This position is responsible for performing a variety of activities to ensure sanitary, safe and attractive conditions of public and service areas of the hotel.





Room Attendant

This position is responsible for performing a variety of activities to ensure sanitary, safe and attractive conditions of hotel guest rooms.



Aesthetician

The Christienne Fallsview Spa is located on the 14th floor of the four-diamond Sheraton on the Falls Hotel. It provides a full menu of Spa treatment services and exceptional views of nature’s greatest wonder. Floor to ceiling windows provide the inspiring view making this a Premier environment with a dedicated team of professionals.

Reporting to the Spa Director, this position is responsible for performing a variety of treatments in order to ensure the highest level of guest service is provided to each guest.


Assistant Front Office Manager

This position is responsible in the effective and efficient operation of the Front Office/Guest Services Department- ensuring the highest level of guest service is provided by consistently exceeding guest expectations and maximizing potential revenue, ensuring results are achieved in accordance with objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Company. This position reports to the Director of Operations.


Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for inspecting rooms, assisting with scheduling,  training new associates that they adhere to Sheraton – Starwood Standards, Assists with Payroll and ensuring all weekly and monthly tasks are completed.



Concierge

This key guest service position is responsible for continuing/increasing a great impression by providing a seamless and an exceptional guest experience by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.


Executive Housekeeper

This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the overseeing all employees and Supervisors who will be servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure all hotel areas are cleaned and maintained at a 4 diamond level in an efficient and effective manner.


Front Office Manager

This position is responsible in the effective and efficient operation of the Front Office/Guest Services Department- ensuring the highest level of guest service is provided by consistently exceeding guest expectations and maximizing potential revenue, ensuring results are achieved in accordance with objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Company. This position reports to the Hotel General Manager.


General Manager – Hotel

The Hotel General Manager at this branded property is responsible for creating and driving a property culture that continually improves both financial results / increased property revenue streams to the greatest extent possible and property guest satisfaction in the most effective and cost-efficient manner. The Hotel General Manager achieves these results through continual development, assessment, and coaching of the property’s management team and within established company and/or franchise policies and procedures.

Falls Avenue Resort consists of a number of hotel properties of various sizes, operating under several franchise brands – (Sheraton, Crowne Plaza) and amenities services – such as rooms only (Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance) operations, to room/food and beverage –restaurant and/ or banquets/conference services, and full-spectrum – onsite spa/pool/recreation centers/retail/valet/parking services  at select properties.

 

 


Guest Service Agent- Multilingual

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this position is responsible for performing a variety of activities in English, as well as Mandarin, Korean, and Japanese, in order to ensure the highest level of guest service is provided to each guest. Successful performance will include exceeding guest service expectations while maximizing potential hotel and resort-wide services/revenue, making sure results are achieved in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the company.


Guest Service Manager – Hotel

This position is responsible for the supervision of the Guest Service Department, ensuring the highest level of guest service by consistently exceeding guest expectations and maximizing potential revenue, ensuring results are achieved in accordance with objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Company.



Guest Services Lead Hand

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this position is responsible for performing a variety of activities in order to ensure the highest level of guest service is provided to each guest. Successful performance will include exceeding guest service expectations while maximizing potential hotel and resort-wide services/revenue, making sure results are achieved in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the company.


Guest Services Supervisor

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this position is responsible for encouraging the highest level of guest service from the Front Desk Department by ensuring staff consistently exceed guest expectations and maximize potential revenue, making sure results are achieved in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Company.



Housekeeping Manager

This position reports to the Executive Housekeeper and is responsible for the supervision of employees who will be servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure all hotel areas are cleaned and maintained at a 4 diamond level in an efficient and effective manner.


Housekeeping Office Assistant

The housekeeping operation is an integral part of the success of the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel. This position is responsible for performing a variety of activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel by providing secretarial and administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director of Housekeeping.


Housekeeping Supervisor

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, this position will assist in the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of the department.Candidates will be responsible for developing and coaching a diverse team of housekeeping colleagues in aiming to surpass the department’s goals for providing the highest level of guest satisfaction, by ensuring staff consistently exceed guest expectations, making sure results are achieved in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Company.





Mechanic II

This position is responsible for diagnosing equipment problems and driving the guest experience by ensuring passionate, sophisticated, and consistent diagnostic and minor repair is provided at all times. The candidate is expected to assist in the efficient operations of the hotel to ensure customers receive superior service, consistent and quality facilities.


Night Auditor

This position is responsible for performing a variety of activities to ensure that all of the current day’s sales balance and payments have been properly processed. This position is also responsible for ensuring that professional, courteous and quality service is provided to all customers.


Outlets Manager

The Outlets manager will be responsible for opening and successfully running the Sheraton Market Place, Lobby Bar and an already successful Starbucks along with other retail in the Lobby level. The Outlets manager will create service teams and standards adhering to Sheraton and Falls Ave policies and will work closely with Front Desk, Conference and Restaurant teams. Together our goal is to ensure at the Sheraton on the Falls, we give guests smart solutions and effortless experiences that free up valuable time, so they can experience more and make the most of their stay.




Reservation Supervisor

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, and in addition to the responsibilities as indicated in the Reservation Lead-Hand position, this position is responsible for performing a variety of activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Reservations and Switchboard Department.


Revenue Analyst

This position is responsible for providing an on-going forecast, analytical review and representation of the Niagara Falls market conditions, which will allow management to exploit accommodation occupancy, rates and therefore maximize REVPAR and the property’s profitability. Reporting to the Revenue Manager, this position will provide revenue analysis of two hotels. Key focus will be assisting the Revenue Manager with the collection, review and evaluation of appropriate data to assist the properties in developing short to long-term strategies for all market segments.
