Accounts Payable Supervisor

This position leads and provides support to a team of 3 staff who manage all aspects of the accounts payable department in a fast paced and high volume work environment, and reports to the Corporate Controller.

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will provide support within a variety of areas involving accounts payable to ensure the smooth, timely, and professional interactions with vendors, operations, and administrative departments.


Assistant Controller

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, The primary role of the Assistant Controller will involve leading a team of finance staff, providing support in areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, internal controls, analytical support, on-going process improvement, and leading key finance initiatives. Other responsibilities include back-up support for other finance roles, and other projects as required.

The preferred candidate will be someone with excellent technical accounting knowledge, strong Microsoft Excel skills, solid communication skills, and an impeccable work ethic.


Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic professional to join the executive team who will report to the CEO and oversee Administration including Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources, and Purchasing.


Senior Corporate Accountant

Other responsibilities include back-up support for other finance roles, preparing account reconciliations, and other projects as required.

The position reports to the Assistant Controller.

The primary role of the Corporate Accounting Clerk is to provide support within a variety of areas to ensure the smooth and efficient operations within the Finance Department, reporting to the Assistant Controller.

The preferred candidate will be someone pursuing a career in accounting with strong Microsoft Excel skills (V-look-ups, pivot tables, etc).

 





Finance Manager – Credit & Collections

The Credit and Collections Manager will be responsible for continuing to improve our credit granting and collection processes, policies, and procedures through a team of approximately five staff.

The successful candidate will be an important part of the finance team, working closely with and reporting to the Corporate Controller.

This position will successfully manage the company’s assets and ensure risks are mitigated. The role is heavily focused on continuous process improvement, financial acumen and accountability.
