Responsibilities

Guest Service Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Answer all calls and connect calls as required
  • Coordinate all paging, taking messages, monitor alarm panels
  • Answer general inquiries
  • Log maintenance calls
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What you’ll need as a Guest Service Supervisor:

Experience: 1+ years’ relevant supervisory experience preferred

Education: Post-Secondary education in a related field preferred

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to employ persuasion and influence to initiate and/or resolve matters
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
