Responsibilities

Concierge Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastically welcoming/greet guests in warm, friendly, prompt and professional manner
  • Assist guests with reservations and special requests
  • Speak to the guest using clear and professional language when communicating/informing the guests of property amenities, services, hours of operations and local areas of interest and activities
  • Communicating guests and providing guests with directions
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What you’ll need as a Concierge:

Experience: 1+ years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment

Education: Post-secondary education in hospitality/tourism is preferred

Other Qualifications:

  • Outstanding knowledge of local attractions and landmarks
  • Demonstrated professional telephone etiquette
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude in every aspect of the position
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage simultaneous tasks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
