Account Director (Corporate Market)

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Account Director (Corporate Market) will prospect, solicit, and sell the corporate market for Canadian Niagara Hotels Inc. representing over 200,000 square feet of meeting and event space, 2,000 guest rooms, restaurants, unique venues, attractions and more including Sheraton on the Falls, Marriott Fallsview, Marriott on the Falls, Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls-Fallsview.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

This position is responsible for ensuring both culinary and service teams at the Hard Rock Café provide passionate, sophisticated, attentive, and guest-focused food and beverage service at all times in alternating family/group tour/ fine dining restaurant atmospheres.


This position is responsible for the professional preparation of beverages for servers and customers in an enthusiastic, professional and efficient manner, and ensuring quality product is provided to customers’ satisfaction.


This position is responsible for enthusiastically maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant in order to ensure expedient, consistent and detail-oriented service is provided to all guests.


The position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and attractiveness of the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark or Adventure City Arcade.

Finance Manager – Credit & Collections

The Credit and Collections Manager will be responsible for continuing to improve our credit granting and collection processes, policies, and procedures through a team of approximately five staff.

The successful candidate will be an important part of the finance team, working closely with and reporting to the Corporate Controller.

This position will successfully manage the company’s assets and ensure risks are mitigated. The role is heavily focused on continuous process improvement, financial acumen and accountability.
